The International Foundation Our New Dawn was born in 2010, in favor of helping and generating programs that guarantee children and young people with special educational needs, possibilities that expand their opportunities for inclusion in society
In 2010, they meet in the City of Cartagena de Indias, summoned by Rafael Hoyos; a group of independent collaborators with the community affected by the closure of the non-profit entity of which they were beneficiaries of non-governmental social inclusion programs and decide to continue with this noble cause; moving their shelter to the El Reposo neighborhood,
a place where today our children and young people with special educational needs yearn to receive the attention they require.
